How do I buy something?

View our products and choose a category you would like to browse. When you see something you like, click on the product image. The item may have additional options, such as colour, size etc. Choose your option (if applicable), select a quantity and click on the ‘Add to cart’ button to add the item to your shopping cart. You can also adjust the quantity on the shopping cart page. Click on the ‘Checkout’ button to continue to the checkout, or go back to the product collections page by clicking on ‘Products’ in the menu bar to continue shopping.

Once you have clicked on the ‘Checkout’ button you will be taken to the checkout page. On the checkout page, fill in all your information. Don’t worry – it’s safe (read our Privacy Policy here). If your billing address is the same as your shipping address, click on the box that says ‘Ship items to the above billing address’. If you are sending a gift, make sure that you use your own address for the billing address and that the shipping address is that of the recipient.

Click on the ‘Continue to next step’ button.

On the final checkout page, please select which delivery option you would like. We delivery free anywhere in South Africa via the SAPO. If you would to make use of the courier option, the charge will appear on this page and you will have to select this box if you would like this option. This amount will then be added onto your cart.

You will also have to select a payment method. Read more about shipping and payment methods here. Finally, click on the ‘Complete my purchase’ button to complete your purchase.

Where are you located?

We are located at The Crags, Plettenberg Bay, South Africa. We do have physical retail outlets. We deliver online orders nationwide (for free with SAPO. If you would like to ship via Fastway couriers, you will be charged for this service).

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes we do. Our online credit card transactions are processed with PayFast and PayPal. Visit their site for more information. Also read our page on Shipping & Payment Info

How do I know it is safe?

Your information, such as your name, email address, shipping address etc., is safe. We will never sell your information to any third-party. Since we use PayFast as an online payment gateway, we do not have access to your credit card details. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.

Can I return or exchange something if I’m not happy with it?

Yes, you can. If you’d like to return or exchange an item, contact us by email at laureen@mohairmillshop.com and we will gladly assist you through the process. Be sure to read our Refund Policy first.
