Returns / Refund Policy


Products may be returned providing that the product has not been opened or worn. Products may be returned if the product is damaged or faulty. If the wrong product has been supplied, or if the product is faulty or damaged, mohairmillshop.com will exchange it on condition that the customer returns the products within five days of receipt. In such an instance, mohairmillshop.com will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product upon receipt of the returned products provided that there is alternative products in stock, but if replacement is not possible, mohairmillshop.com will refund the purchase price excluding delivery cost upon receipt of the returned products. (Customer is responsible for the delivery costs of returning products). Products cannot be exchanged for slight colour variance. The photos on the site are of the actual product available (not sample images), and any variance is due to screen variance/colour setting on the Users browser, for which the Provider cannot be held responsible.

If more than 5 days after receipt of the product a quality issues arises the product can returned to mohairmillshop.com for review.
