How much does shipping cost?

Anywhere in South Africa door to door – Free for orders over R500. You will be automatically charged for orders under R500 and shipping is calculated automatically depending on area.  We make use of Fastway couriers for this service. For overseas orders, shipping is calculated automatically (surface mail or airmail, you choose).

Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide. You can email us with a location query.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

We will let you know once your order is on its way.

How long will it take?

(Please note that the times shown below are shipping times only.

Courier delivery is generally between 24-72hours (working days) with outlying areas taking up to 5 days.  We make use of Fastway couriers. You can check their rates and delivery times on www.fastway.co.za

International orders: Surface (sea) mail usually takes between 1-3 months, with Airmail being faster at between 7-14 days.

Which shipping methods do you use?

We make use of  a courier service, Fastway couriers. SAPO for international orders sent either Surface or Airmail.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes. We will supply you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). All prices displayed exclude delivery costs. We accept Paypal payments and credit card payments via Payfast or Paypal. The Mohair Mill Shop’s bank details are in the name of Stuart Holding Fabrics.

After an item is ordered via email and through the Buy section of www.mohairmillshop.com, an invoice (including delivery cost) will be emailed to the User on the address specified in the enquiry.

EFT to be made into the specified bank account as detailed in emailed invoice or Paypal payment or Credit card payment. (Bank account name is Stuart Holding Fabrics)

Proof of payment

To be emailed to laureen@mohairmillshop.com within 48 hours of receipt of the invoice, or the order will be cancelled.
