Do you ship overseas and what are your delivery fees?

Yes we do! We ship all over the world using DHL. The shipping fee will be automatically calculated during checkout based on the size and weight of the items purchased. For local South African delivery fees, there is a flat rate of R110 per order, but orders over R500 come with free shipping. All orders are delivered direct to your door within 3 - 5 working days depending on your location within South Africa. 

How do I make payment?

We have two payment options. You can make a direct online payment using your credit card through a payment gate system called Payfast. This is a secure, safe banking system. Alternatively, you can make payment via EFT. Once you have selected the EFT option, and email will be sent to you with our banking details. Please note that we only ship the order off once the EFT payment reflects in our bank account, which may cause a slight delay in shipping off your order. Please note: The EFT payment option is for South African's only. International payments can ONLY be done via direct online payment. 

How do I care for my Mohair blankets and scarves?

Blankets and Scarves

Our mohair products are durable and long lasting and can last a lifetime provided that they’re cared for properly. Follow these care instructions and your mohair blankets can be passed down from generation to generation.

Store your blankets and scarves in a cool, dry place and on a flat surface. Do not hang your mohair products and do not store them in plastic.

To wash your mohair products, soak in lukewarm water, using a mild detergent that’s suitable for wool. Gently rub any areas to remove stubborn stains or marks. But be careful not to rub too hard. Rinse in clean, cold water. To dry the product, place it on a flat surface. DO NOT hang it out to dry. Mohair dries quickly and a quick shake once dry should restore it to its natural glory. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.


Our mohair socks are machine washable. We do however, recommend cold machine wash as it’s kinder to the environment and that’s what are all about. 

Can I return or exchange something if I'm not happy with it?
